Pups marked "FLY-OUT" are scheduled to fly to one of our mainland transfer partners through our
Pups Over the Pacific program, so are NOT available to adopt. Learn more here.
To apply to adopt:
1. Click on the pup you are interested in.
2. Click the "Apply for Adoption"button.
3. We will review your application & be in touch within a few days.
If you are interested in adopting, but not sure which pup,
use the Generic Application below.
We will find a pup to match your family and lifestyle.
Many of the pups below are at a boarding facility and are available to foster.

Starting April 1: Puppy Adoptions (under 6 months): $200
Adult Adoptions (6 months & older): $150
All include spay/neuter, first vaccines, microchip, and treated for parasites

Helping Community Friends
Action 4 Animals Hawaii works closely with County of Hawaii Animal Control to save as many dogs as possible, with most of our intake coming directly from Animal Control rather than community surrenders. This section is for dogs needing re-homing.
Our goal is to help prevent dogs from entering the shelter system whenever possible.
