AGREEMENTS

I agree to a home visit before and after the adoption, if requested.

I understand that the first 3 weeks of this adoption is a fostering situation to allow us and our new dog to see if it is a good fit. If it is not a good fit, we will return the dog and we will be reimbursed the $125 adoption fee.

If this adoption does not work out after the 3-week fostering period, I will return the dog to Action 4 Animals Hawaii but will likely forfeit the adoption fee.

I agree to treat my new dog as a family member, to feed the dog nutritious food, and to give my dog daily exercise.

I will not crop the dog's ears or dock the dog's tail.

I hold Action 4 Animals Hawaii free and harmless from all liability related to this adoption.
